ISO14001 Environmental Recognition for Denplan

8 March, 2011

Following more than 24 months of policy making and the implementation of environmental changes, Denplan has had its efforts recognised by achieving the ISO14001 accreditation.  The ISO (the International Standards Organisation) is the world’s largest developer and publisher of international standards, and ISO14001 is an internationally recognised accreditation for environmental management.

Denplan’s Environmental Manager Kevin Muldoon said: “As a company we’re dedicated to lessening the impact of our business on the environment and this award officially recognises our commitment to achieving these goals. Not only have we put many controls in place to monitor the impact of our business on the environment, we’ve also made plans to derive 100% of our energy needs from renewable sources from early 2011.”

This accreditation also signals the start of a year of focus for Denplan Corporate on minimising our own environmental impacts and working with our clients to support their environmental objectives with an increasing emphasis on doing business online and electronically wherever possible – contact your Denplan Consultant or Account Manager for full details.
