Denplan’s customer services hit new heights

Denplan are currently celebrating the success of its online services with the number of registered users and claims submitted far exceeding expectations. 

Building upon its heritage for innovation and customer service, Denplan launched its secure online portal for its policyholders on 27 January 2012. This system allows policyholders to not only submit claims online, but track their claims; view their policy terms and conditions; update their contact details and request up-to-date benefit statements. It also ensures policyholders’ claims are reimbursed directly to the customers bank account – removing the inconvenience of banking a cheque and speeding up the reimbursement process. 

Leading the way for dental benefit providers
